Overview
Ticklish is a web-based platform designed to simplify ticket resale.
The product needed to make ticket transactions feel more organized, more trustworthy, and easier to complete for both sellers and buyers. That meant solving more than payment collection. It required a smooth resale flow, secure checkout, clear delivery, and a product experience that reduced friction across the process.
The Challenge
Ticket resale can quickly become messy without structure.
Organizers and sellers often deal with fragmented distribution, manual coordination, and unclear payment or fulfillment flows. Buyers, on the other hand, need confidence that the process is legitimate, secure, and easy to complete. Ticklish needed a system that could bring those pieces together in one cleaner experience.
